APPLICATION PACKET AVAILABLE FOR DIRECTOR CANDIDATES
Each year Shee Atiká’s shareholders elect three directors at the annual meeting of shareholders. The 2012 Annual Meeting will be held May 24, 2012 at the Sheet’ka Kwaán Naa Kahídi (Community House) in Sitka. Shareholders who are interested in running for the Board on Shee Atiká’s corporate proxy will need to submit an application and related paperwork to the Board by January 20, 2012. It is not enough to just submit a resume and/or a letter of interest.

The completed application and all related paperwork must be received in the corporate office no later than 5:00 pm Sitka time on January 20, 2012 and should be submitted to:
