Shee Atiká Management, LLC seeks experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager for the Dock Shack Café in Sitka, Alaska. The F&B Manager coordinates, directs and manages the staff and everyday restaurant operations to achieve profitability and efficiency while maintaining standards set by Shee Atiká, Inc. The F&B Manager reports to the Hotel General Manager and is also responsible for assuring optimum performance and continual improvement in the restaurant’s customer service, employee performance and morale, sales/marketing, and property appearance.
