Shirley has served on the Shee Atiká Board since 1987. She is retired from the Eye Clinic at the SEARHC Mt. Edgecumbe Hospital. She is past president of the Alaska Native Sisterhood, Camp #4, past president of the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 13 as well as past president of the Southeast District American Legion Auxiliary. Shirley spent seven years on the Board of the Sitka Little League.
This is an exciting time with all the changes that will be occurring in the next few years. Our Fund Endowment is doing well and it’s time to look to the future development of Shee Atiká, Inc. Mrs. Yocum’s term will come up for re-election in 2011.
